What are the cut-off dates for Holiday 2009 shipping?
Thanksgiving (Friday, November 27, 2009): Orders for delivery on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 via 2-day Air delivery must be received no later than Monday, November 22, 2009 by 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time. Orders for delivery on Wednesday, November 27, 2009 via Overnight delivery must be received no later than Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time.
We SHIP Monday through Thursday, for DELIVERY Tuesday through Friday. Every cheesecake is being shipped via USPS EXPRESS Mail.

How we ship
We ship your cheesecakes & other pastries frozen. Our specially designed shipping container fully surrounds your cake with a Styrofoam insulation, re-usable iceberg blocks are carefully placed around the packaging to keep it cold. The outer shipping container is a corrugated box for added strength and protection. Your cheesecake & other pastries will arrive either partially frozen, or cold and ready to serve! All of our cakes are handmade and are shrink-wrapped and frozen in order to maintain quality and freshness. The date on which they are shrink-wrapped is on the bottom of the cake round.
Once your cake arrives, please be sure to either re-freeze or refrigerate, since it is perishable. It will keep, in the freezer for up to three 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to one 1 week.
Guarantee
We guarantee that a quality product will be delivered to your doorstep. If, however, for any reason you are unable to accept your package upon initial attempted delivery and/or it is left un-refrigerated beyond the time of initial attempted delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for or guarantee the condition of the product.
